Letter from Ed Swehla

Dear Friends in Christ:

This has been a hectic spring. I had two fair computers die as well as the CD player that I use to play gospel music at the fairs. I replaced the computers but was having power sensitivity problems with one of the replacements. I got a UPS (Uninteruptible Power Source) and it fixed that problem. It also provides power to all the electronics for about 18 minutes in case someone plays around with the fair circuit breakers. I also replaced the CD player with a much better one, and for about half the price.

Lately, the internet response has been slow with not too many names coming in to receive the Bible lessons in the mail. I am still busy teaching the children at church and also the adult SS class twice a month. God has been so good and is still working in my heart as I study His word. I am constantly encouraged by His Word.

I will start receiving Social Security in October, and will then be able to support myself and part of the ministry. At the end of the year, I intend to dissolve the ChildTel corporation. After that, donations will no longer be tax deductible. Thank you so much for your continued prayer and financial support.

Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us—Ephesians 3:20.

May God richly bless you as you study His Word and grow in His grace. You are very special.
