Men’s Ministries:

The men’s ministries are less organized than the Ladies, but with similar goals of mutual care, assistance in family life, teaching the Word of God and reaching out to others.

Currently there is a monthly Men’s Breakfast on the third Saturday of the month at the Chapel. Men’s retreats and actvities are planned periodically.

Ladies Ministries:

The Ladies Ministries assist the sick, care for bereaved and lonely, teach the Word of God, assist with the rearing of children (this includes staffing a nursery for nearly all services), encourage each other and reach out to others.

There is an organized leadership group. Margaret Betts is the Chairperson. Organized programs currently include a Ladies Bible Study on Thursday morning at 9:30. Cooperation with Christian Women’s Clubs ministries.

Youth Ministries:

A regular weekly meeting of youth in Junior and Senior High School enhances their spiritual development, gives them opportunities to nurture relationships and creates a wholesome environment for having fun.

These regular programs are augmented by retreats, mission involvement, and a variety of social activities.

Children Ministries:

AWANA is a children’s ministry for ages 3 years old through 6th grade meeting Friday evenings at 6:15. This program focuses on learning God’s Word, involvement with missions and participating in fun activities including outings and competitions. It has leadership training opportunities for both other young people and adults.

Children’s Church is an activity time for young children (up through age 6 years) during the preaching time for the adults.

Bible Clubs and Vacation Bible School are generally available in the summer months.

Care Group Ministries:

These are usually evening groups, Monday through Friday evenings. They usually meet in a home for mutual encouragement, interactive Bible study, prayer and outreach.

Missions Ministries:

The desire of the Chapel is to help fulfill the Great Commission by carrying God’s Word to places in the world that are as yet unreached.

Individual missionaries are supported by the Chapel; Camp Berea in New Hampshire and Emmaus Bible College in Illinois also receive support. Christian Missions in Many Lands receives regular contributions for administrative expense regarding missionaries who serve in the USA and abroad.

Chapel youth ministries also include short term mission involvement.

Pastoral Counseling:

Short term pastoral counseling is available by appointment.

Education Ministries:

Educational opportunities include seminars, workshops, retreats and specialized short term training.

Music Ministries:

A worship team regularly leads in congregational meetings. Ensembles, and individual musical opportunities exist.

Children are trained in Christian music. Choral groups are developed as the need and desires dictate.
